Perfect for use by families & groups during all seasons, our home provides lots of privacy from the hustle & bustle of city life. We are dog friendly as well! (up to 2 dogs maximum please). Skiing (Mt. Snow ~10mins/Stratton ~30mins), hiking, swimming, kayaking, mountain biking & more. Harriman Reservoir is a 5min drive and is perfect for a swim or lovely picnic. ———- Finished basement with big screen TV & lots of seating, pool table & darts to unwind after a day on the slopes or on the lake. On the main level, there are leather couches by the warm fireplace and two sliding doors that lead out to a wraparound deck Out front, there’s a fire pit for those chilly VT nights. ————— At the clubhouse, there are both indoor & outdoor pools, an indoor hot tub, tennis courts, fishing pond Guests have access to the clubhouse, which includes indoor & outdoor pools, indoor hot tub, exercise room, etc. Tennis Courts, Fishing Pond, and numerous hiking & snowmobile trails also available. During the winter months, guests can also use the skating rink.
