La situation geographique et la proprete.
La tele ne marchait pas. L'explication de l'hote (par mail) qu'elle marche avec son propre compte n'est pas serieuse! Dans les hotels et appartements, en general on a acces sans aucun compte d'utilisateur a quelques chaines de base, ne serait-ce que pour voir les infos!

깨끗하고 조용하고 햇빛도 잘 들어옵니다
위치도 역이랑 굉장히 가까운데 구글 지도는 되게 돌아가라고 안내한다 역을 등지고 왼쪽으로 쭉 올라오면 금방 도착 할 수 있음
옷장 역할을 하는 작은 구석이 있고 신발장에는 의자와 우산이나 가방을 걸어둘 것이 있어 좋았어요
한국인이라 안에서는 신발을 벗고 지내는데 방과 경계가 명확해서 구분하기 좋았어요
입구와 방 비밀번호가 있고 가지고 다닐 수 있는 키도 주셔서 둘중 맘에 드는걸로 사용 할 수 있어 좋아요
새수건을 다시 주지 않아요 호텔이 아니라 안준다고 했어요 그래서 걸어서 10분 좀 더 걸리는 앤디스 세탁방 가서 세탁해서 다시 사용했어요 다른 숙소 두곳은 새수건을 다시 가져다 주셔서 좀 당황했지만 알고계십시오
그리고 화장실 샤워부스에는 곰팡이가 있어요 그곳 빼곤 깨끗합니다
