We had a really good stay here. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the rooms were decent and well-maintained. The location was one of the best things about the property — Candolim Beach is nearby, and there are plenty of markets, restaurants, cafés, and food options within walking distance.
One thing that could be improved is the lighting and ventilation in the room. The room felt a little darker than expected compared to the photos, and there was no balcony, so at times it felt slightly closed and less airy.
Apart from that, everything was good and the location made it very convenient to explore Candolim. Overall, a decent and comfortable stay for the price.

The location is unbeatable, you can enjoy the calming sound of the waves and stunning views of the sea all day long. The property is surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden with vibrant bougainvillea and lush greenery that makes atmosphere peaceful and refreshing.

Not a negative but the rooms didn't get cleaned routinely or bedding changed but as soon as you messaged Jack the manager he got the staff to come straight away. So please ask. Very helpful when asked anything. Nothing too much trouble 💞
