Very comfortable bed

On checkout, paying for the accommodation (including breakfast) he also charged us a service charge for the breakfast. We have only booked accommodation including breakfast during our month in Sri Lanka and haven’t had this ANYWHERE. It wasn’t much, but we were leaving Sri Lanka after checking out and only had the amount of money we needed for payment of accommodation and taxi, the 1,500 service charge was going to be tip for our taxi man but sure then we had no cash for him. And he seemed to linger for a tip after dropping us.
While I appreciate and seen in a lot of restaurants etc that service charge is a thing, when you’re paying already for breakfast in your accommodation price it feels weird to be then essentially made give a tip on checkout

Очень приятный хозяин. Все чисто и аккуратно, наконец-то впервые за путешествие по Индии и Шри-Ланке в бюджетных местах полноценная огражденная душевая, а не одно сплошное помещение 😄

Chambres chez l'habitant et non hôtel, qui ne prend aucune carte de crédit pour le règlement contrairement à ce qui est écrit. Propreté moyenne (toiles d'araignées à la tête du lit, carreaux sales, parois de douche avec calcaire). Wifi mauvais et instable.
Prendre les chambres avec balcon car celle du rez-de-chaussée a la salle de bains séparée de la chambre d'1m et pas de rideau à la porte pour occulter les regards.
Petit-dejeuner copieux.
Le patron fait sa musculation le matin, porte ouverte à côté de la salle à manger puis vient vous saluer.
Attention: les bouteilles d'eau mises à disposition sont facturées.
