Schönes Appartement etwa 5 Autominuten vom Tegernsee in Ostin (Ortsteil von Gmund)

Direkt vor dem Haus ist ne Bushaltestelle. Der Brötchenservice war hervorragend, das Appartementhaus liegt an einer stark befahrenen Strasse besitzt jedoch neue schalldichte Fenster, im Haus gibt es ein sehr leckeres Restaurant. Das Organisatorische hat einwandfrei funktioniert und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist okay. Jederzeit gerne wieder

Die Größe der Zimmer, großes Bett, bequeme Couch, die Lage, morgens Semmel an der Tür (nach Bestellung), Tegernsee Card, Restaurant inklusive, sehr ruhig, die Dusche

Abends sehr dunkel (Lampen zu dunkel) Die Küche etwas in die Jahre gekommen Die Stühle am Esstisch waren unbequem nach längerem Sitzen Viele Spinnen in den Ecken der Räume Barhocker in der Küche

Keine idyllische Lage am idyllischen Tegernsee

Das Apartment war sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Vermieter waren einfach zu erreichen.

Die Lage an der sehr stark befahrenen Straße. Leider ging das nicht aus der Objektbeschreibung hervor. Zudem ist die Terrasse, die für das Apartment vorgesehen ist, eine Etage tiefer und nur über das Treppenhaus erreichbar.
