You'll be in the center of all Downtown Des Moines has to offer! Inside the building are several restaurants and right outside the main door of the building are several more restaurants, shopping, entertainment options and more. Enjoy the Downtown Farmers Market just a few seconds away from May to October. A touring Broadway production at Des Moines Performing Arts is right next door! Some of the top recording artists stop at Wells Fargo Arena on their tour, which is just a few minutes away. Nearly ALL of Downtown Des Moines is fully accessible by the robust skywalk system which is 4.2 miles and connects 55 buildings, 12 parking ramps and so much more. You will have full access to the unit, sauna and fitness center. Experience the hustle and bustle of Downtown Des Moines in your own private retreat overlooking it all! Just inside the front door is an open/flex space with a desk and plenty of room to get acquainted with your new home! The nearby kitchen area is fully stocked with a Keurig, pods, bottled water, toaster, plates, bowls, silverware, drinking glasses, wine glasses, utensils, pots/pans and more. Tons of storage in the closet area in the entry area as well including a vacuum, mop and collapsable cart to help with moving, groceries and more. There is also seating at the kitchen bar for meals, entertaining, working, etc. The living room has soaring ceilings with huge windows that showcase downtown Des Moines (there are privacy shades as well). The sofa is cozy with a large coffee table, comfy pillows, extra blankets as well as a side chair and 55" smart TV that is ready to go for your streaming accounts or use some of the included options! Just off the main living area, you'll first find the bathroom that has shampoo, conditioner, body wash, extra towels, a hair dryer and more. This unit is situated at the end of the building, which offers a huge window in the bedroom, also with privacy/room darkening shades. The walk-in closet has plenty of storage as well as a drying rack, ironing board, iron, laundry supplies and more. While I love all pets, only dogs (certain breed restrictions apply) are allowed. You're provided with an on-site parking space at the property for your stay.

We loved it here! Great view on the 10th floor. Location is perfect as well. We were very comfortable in this beautiful apartment. We were ready to move in permanently but our booking was over and we had to go home to Georgia. Loved it!

This was the perfect weekend place for my daughter and me. We were conveniently located just blocks away from the Wellmark YMCA, where she was competing, and just steps from the awesome Des Moines farmer’s market. We’ve stayed at multiple hotels downtown, and this location was by far our favorite. We had a little trouble navigating the parking, but it was worth having included off-street parking, and we were so conveniently located that the car stayed put. Josiah was very responsive to multiple questions! With the farmer’s market and so many great restaurant options nearby, we didn’t use the kitchen like we thought we would, but it was well-appointed, and there’s a Hy-Vee just a block away. We’d definitely stay here again.

My mother and I were in Des Moines as coaches for a gymnastics competition at the convention center and arena. This condo was in the perfect location to walk on the skywalk to the convention center and also right in the middle of food, bars, and fun. The host was very accommodating having an air mattress for us to use and everything inside was amazing. Super comfortable bed, great bathroom, shower, towels, even separate makeup cloths, amazing closet and hangers, washer and dryer came in handy, and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend this Vrbo!
