In a good quiet area

Check-in was smooth and lovely that they explained everything. I loved the location, as it's 10 mins away from the city center, but still in a very quiet area! Three different vaporetto stops are in a 7 min walk distance. A cheaper grocery store used by locals is 3 mins away. The apartment has all amenities, including a fridge, a washing machine, an oven, a kettle and a microwave.
The smell and the noise. The place smells like a basement and is quite moist. Every time you get back home, that specific smell hits you and although your nose gets used to it, your clothes soak it up. The wardrobes could not be used as they reeked, all my clothes including the ones I didn't wear need to be washed. The apartment is on ground floor and the windows are not so great, so all noise gets in very easily.

Cerca de estación Santa Lucía , se puede ir caminando. Cerca de los puntos turísticos. Barrio tranquilo, la propiedad cuenta con todas las comodidades y electrodomésticos con buen funcionamiento.
Un poco de calor a pesar de tener aire acondicionado.
