Downtown Cleveland (15min) CLE airport (10 min) Cleveland Clinic 20 (min) Cuyahoga National valley park 20 (min) This house is totally private and you will be the only guest here. -Each bedroom includes a 32” or 50” Roku TV, 2 USB charging ports on each night stand for phones or tablets, and blackout curtains. -The main bedroom also has a half bath, and sleeper sofa for additional sleep space. -Kitchen is well equipped for meal prep with a brand new oven/stove and microwave, full set of pots and pans, baking trays, cooking utensils, and dinnerware for 8, as well as a coffee bar equipped with standard brew pot, hot water kettle, and French press, with included coffee/cream/sugar. -The living room comes with a large sectional and chair for plenty of seating, as well as a 65” Roku TV. -The garage and basement is not available for use, but the whole main house and small backyard are open for guests. -The driveway can fit several vehicles and street parking is also free. This house is self check-in, but if you have any issues getting in or in general with the place, please reach out as we live just down the block and can respond pretty quickly. For long term stays, the convertible couch bed can be swapped with a normal Full size bed upon request. Other things to note This is a quiet residential neighborhood and we expect our guests to respect that. The neighbors are nice and we want to be good neighbors in return so you and future guests are welcomed back. No large gatherings or parties will be permitted, and please keep the noise down after 9 PM. The seating and linens for this house are set for 6 guests as standard, so please let us know if there will be additional guests or you need more than 3 beds and we will bring out more seats for the table and/or bedding for the fold out bed upstairs.
