A very disappointing stay—the apartment was not as described, poorly maintained, uncomfortable, and
Very disappointing stay – not as described and poor condition
Unfortunately, this was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have had. I would not recommend this apartment.
The problems started immediately at check-in. We had a confirmed check-in time between 4:00 and 5:00 PM. My brother arrived at approximately 5:00 PM, but the apartment had not been cleaned and still contained at least three pieces of luggage and personal belongings from the previous guest. He had to leave the apartment and wait outside. This was especially difficult because he was not feeling well and had a doctor's appointment. The host later explained that it was a previous guest's late checkout, but the apartment should have been completely ready before the confirmed check-in time.
The location is also not as described. While it is technically close to Tunisia Mall, there is a valley/undeveloped area with trees and dogs and other animals between the apartment and the mall. It did not feel safe to walk through this area, so getting to the mall required taking a taxi rather than simply walking as the location description might suggest.
The apartment itself was very disappointing:
-It is located in a basement, with poor air circulation and limited natural ventilation. It did not feel like a healthy or -comfortable living environment.
-The air conditioning was very poor and did not adequately cool the apartment.
-There was no refrigerator in the unit.
-There was no washing machine or dryer.
-There was no iron available for clothing.
Overall, the apartment did not have several basic amenities that I would expect for a comfortable two-night stay.
The initial check-in problem, combined with the condition of the apartment, poor air conditioning, basement location, lack of basic appliances, and misleading impression of the location, made the stay extremely disappointing.
I strongly recommend that future guests carefully review the actual location and available amenities before booking. Based on our experience, I would not stay here...

Déçu de l autre appartement
Je n ai pas eu accès à cet établissement malheureusement, je l avais réservé, mais quand je suis arrivée on m a dit que c était pas possible de l avoir à cause des rue impraticable lors de la tempête qui il a eu., (soit disant). Cependant personne ne m’a informé de ce contre temps, par email , apparemment les deux propriétaires se connaissent et se sont arrangés pour me donner un autre appartement qui était pas ou je voulais et qui était mal équipe, (tiroirs du meuble cassé, vaisselle insuffisante, etc) et en plus pas très propre.Au début quand je suis arrivée, j ai tout de suite dit que ça n était pas l appartement que j avais réservé, et il m a dit que oui, alors je lui ai fait voir les fotos de l appartement que j avais réservé et c est là qu il m a dit qu il n était pas disponible.je lui ai dit que celui ci me plaisait pas et que je ne comprenais pas pourquoi on m avait pas avertis, il m a rien répondu, juste si ça vous plaît pas cherché en un autre et annuler celui ci.seulement qu il était 22.00 donc je lui ai dit je le prends car je n avais pas d autre choix.voilà en gros je suis déçu de n avoir pas pu décidé de changer d appartement et du manque de communication
