Great location, very central, very convenient. The apartment looks like in the pictures. Good size, everything needed in the kitched (tools), washing machine with the detergent.
No arrival information in advance, no exact instructions on how to get to the building - we ended up on a wrong street next to the wrong entrance with suitcases (the building faces two streets)
No wifi info
Pretty noisy with the open windows (but that's a tradeoff for the location), and to be fair - it's fine when the windows are closed
No toilet paper (half a roll only and then go figure)
Just one pair of keys
No waste bags in trash cans, but we were asked to take the trash out when leaving the apartment and wash our dishes (for the price we paid equal to a stay in a good hotel, and for the property managed by an property managing agency that's too much to ask)

מיקום מעולה.. נוחות חדר שינה וומקלחת.
אין מזגן ןמאווררים.. חם בדירה.. כדאי לציין זאת בצורה ברורה בבוקינג. מקום רועש בלילות. הצוות לא נענה לבקשותי למאווררים, (שלחו אותי לקנות מאוורר) מגבות נוספות והחלפת נורות. ניקיון מחייב שיפור..

The apartment would have been a good solution if well-managed
No communication with the Landlord
Never replied to our emails
Not possible to reach the Landlord by telephone
Not possible to enter the apartment, they requested some further deposit to send us the instructions to enter, even though we had paid the whole amount in advance
The transponder to open the gate did not work.
We booked the apartment for 4 but beds were made for two
$$$$
