Located in Morfa Nefyn, this attractive cottage for $562 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Llwynfor is the ideal base for your Llyn Peninsula holiday at any time of year. Completely refurbished in 2021, Llwynfor now boasts five spacious bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 10 adults and 4 children.. 2 steps to entrance. Ground Floor: Smart TV, DVD Player, Nintendo Wii, Open Fire, Open Plan With Games Room Kitchen: Electric Cooker, Oil Aga, American Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Coffee Machine Utility Room: Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer Games Room: Snooker Table, Dartboard, Open Plan With Living Room First Floor: Bedroom 1: Super Kingsize (6ft) Bed Ensuite: Bath, Cubicle Shower, Toilet Bedroom 2: Kingsize (5ft) Bed, Bunk (2ft 6in) Beds Bedroom 3: Double (4ft 6in) Bed, Bunk (3ft) Beds Bedroom 4: Zip And Link 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet Second Floor: Bedroom 5: Zip And Link 2 x Single (3ft) Beds. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. 3 travel cots and 2 highchairs. Enclosed rear garden with patio, outdoor shower, summerhouse, tennis table, garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking for 4 cars. Electric vehicle charging point. No smoking. Please note: the second floor bedroom is accessed via a narrow staircase, not suitable for young children.. The property has three bathrooms, a downstairs toilet and living room with open fire, so you’ll have plenty of space to relax in comfort. The well-appointed kitchen mixes modern Neff appliances with a 5 oven Aga, perfect for rustling up everything from beach picnics to elaborate holiday dinners for friends and family. Outside, you’ll find parking for up to four cars and an electric 7kW car charging point. The spacious paved garden area at the back of the property includes an outdoor shower, summerhouse, rattan seating, a large dining table and outdoor table tennis table; however if the rain interrupts your outdoor plans, there is a 6ft pool table and dart board, two real fires, free Wi-Fi, TVs, Netflix and plenty of DVDs and books indoors, to keep you entertained every day and evening. Two dogs are very welcome at Llwynfor, and there’s a spacious utility room for their baskets/crates. Llwynfor is just a 600m walk from Morfa Nefyn beach and The Cliffs Inn, 1km from a spectacular golf course and 2km from the beautiful National Trust fishing village Porthdinllaen. Slightly further afield you’ll find secluded coves and stunning beaches, beautiful villages, more great golf courses, surfing at Porth Neigwl, water sports in Abersoch and all the attractions of Snowdonia. Free WiFi There are open, steep, spiral or narrow stairs at the property. No stag, hen or other party bookings allowed.
