Enjoy your stay in this modern villa with a pool.
Up to 10 people can be comfortably accommodated in this air-conditioned home.
Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a 160-cm bed and a sunroom, a loft with a desk and a comfortable 140-cm sofa bed, and a shower room with a separate toilet.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms—one with a 160-bed (can be converted to two 80-beds), one with a 160-bed, and a shower room with a separate toilet.
A laundry room is available, equipped with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron.
On the first floor, you’ll also find a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, gas stovetop), a living area with a 140-bed sofa bed and a fireplace, and a dining room with a pool table and shaded access to the terrace.
Come relax by the 9-meter pool and enjoy the view of the large garden, or play a game of pétanque, a game of ping pong, or have a barbecue.
