I loved the friendliness of the staff! When I came in after a long bus ride from Cajamarca, Sebastian, one of the receptionists, was so nice and welcoming and helped me with my stuff. The people here are very lovely and are willing to make your stay here as comfortable as possible.

1) The location is quite accessible to anywhere in Miraflores. 2) The terrace is very good. 3) Places to dry clothes.
1) The bed is way to soft for any standard, didnt sleep well at all. 2) The wifi is almost non-exist. Please be aware of that if you need to work remotely!

It’s a really nice place, nothing to complain. Beds, bathrooms, Wi-Fi, everything is alright. The staff (with one exception) also really nice.
The receptionist-guy tried to overcharge me - for that reason I just give 6/10. After i complained he was like “Oh, yeah, you’re right” and his new price was still more than on booking.
I don’t know if it was an honest mistake or if he tried to earn some money for himself.
