The Warren far exceeded my expectations. Everything was perfect in every way. Spotlessly clean, cosy, homely, just wonderful!
The location is perfect too. A stroll across an open field or woods to the clifftop and incredible panoramic view of the sea, just breathtaking!

We loved it everything about the property, perfect for a family of four and has everything you need for a perfect trip away. Perfectly kept with high standards of cleanliness. Perfectly located for a short walk 10-15 mins walk into Cromer along the Norfolk coastal path with its breathtaking views. Would highly recommend. Abigail was also the perfect host.

Very comfortable & clean chalet. Situated in a beautiful area, which very peaceful & relaxing atmosphere.

Quiet chalet site and well maintained. Good parking available. Easy access to Cromer town and surrounding area. Near a quiet part of Cromer beach via path and steps. Good hot water heater and easy to add credit to meter. Useful manual with details of things to do in area. Property although very dated (as described on advert), was clean and communication with host very excellent.
Property could benefit from upgrades to kitchen and replacement of some accessories in bathroom. Bed linen not good quality (well used poly/cotton) and single bed which one of us used was not very comfortable. A few extra items for kitchen would be helpful- lidded type box for fridge storage, decent cutting knives - (but we brought our own). Very slow boil kettle and very slow hob (we didn't use the oven).
