The flat is very cool, clean, and spacious, and has everything needed.
The owner thoughtfully left us water, juice, and snacks and lovely Coffee.
The views were incredible, and it was close to the Scala dei Turchi.
There was only one air conditioner in the living room, and it wasn't enough to cool the bedrooms.
It gets hot in Sicily in the summer.
We thought it was a private house with a private pool, but it turned out to be a communal pool shared by many apartments—and quite expensive.

La résidence était sympa avec une piscine assez grande juste en dessous qui nous remettait d’en nous rafraîchir .
Cette piscine était très propre et suffisante pour le nombres de personnes de la résidence. Pas plus de 3 ou4 personnes en même temps.
L’appartement était très bien climatisé avec tout le nécessaire et une petite terrasse avec vue sur la piscine puis au fond la mer.
L’hôte était également très gentille et disponible.
Le seul bémol est le bruit de résidents qui rentrer tard et faisant beaucoup de bruit et la route qui passait à proximité. Toutefois en fermant la fenêtre le bruit était très atténué

Very large appartment, comfortable bed, quiet location.
The shower is shockingly small. Nobody, even my small wife, can bend there and therefore do not expect that you will be able to wash your complete body with a shower gel. You can literally just stand there upright. Therefore the appartment is acceptable for one night, but it is hardly imaginable to spend there a week or so. Additionally, expect some discussions about city tax which is covered in your paid price but the owner requests it on top of the already paid price. We were able to discuss it to our satisfaction, however, we recommend the owner to check, and if needed to modify, the payment conditions so that such discussions are prevented.
