Excellent location, 3min walk from the cathedral. Very comfortable bed. Clean. Lift available. Big window with a view.
After the check-in, it was impossible to contact the property manager on the Booking.com messages and the telephone number provided. No response received to any enquiry. No paper towels provided in the kitchenette. No hooks for the bathroom towels.

Very good location just next to Duomo and good room size
Booked Aircondition room but it was not working, property owners knows about this they should not sell room stating with Aircondition. As per technician which came he said if other rooms Aircondition is On this room will not cool due electricity load. For 3 days and 3 night booking only 1 night Aircondition was working . Bed was also not comfortable.
