This stay was terrible and I'm happy my family and I moved to a hotel!

The only pro is the inside of the apartment is as pictured.

Self Check-in: Unaware this was a self check-in property. After traveling for approximately 11 hours internationally, I would have greatly preferred to meet with the host or have someone available to assist us upon arrival. Property Entrance: The property is located down an alleyway, and the entry area was not clean or welcoming, which was unexpected based on the listing, not worth the value of $2500+ we were charged. View Misrepresentation: The advertised view was not an accurate representation of what was actually available from the apartment. While a small portion of the Duomo was visible, it was nothing like the enlarged photos shown on the listing, which influenced our decision to book this property. Construction Noise: There was active construction directly across the street. This was not disclosed prior to our stay. Ongoing construction is typically something hosts notify guests about due to the likelihood of noise and disruption. Air Conditioning Issues: The apartment remained approximately 80°F both during the day and overnight despite attempting to use the A/C. The display indicated the unit was running, but it appeared to cycle off or was otherwise ineffective. If the system has specific operating instructions or limitations, these should have been clearly provided. Because of the excessive heat, my fiancé experienced a worsening of a respiratory condition. We eventually opened the windows, but this provided little relief. THE HOST DOES NOT TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY, LOOKING THROUGH REVIEWS THIS IS A CONSISTENT ISSUE. THE HOST STATED WE DIDNT TURN THE AC ON, I POSTED PICS OF MY PIC OF AC AND THE HOST PIC WHICH ARE EXACTLY THE SAME. SEE PICS FOR FULL CONCERNS. Delayed Response to Maintenance Request: When we contacted the host regarding the air conditioning, we were informed that they were at work and would not be available until after work. By that point, the conditions had become unacceptable, and we had already secured and paid for another hotel room.

Die Lage ist einwandfrei. Auch das Einchecken hat super funktioniert, die Instruktionen waren klar beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist sehr grosszügig mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Sehr empfehlenswert!
