The location is great.It is a smart home and everything is new and nice.You have everything you need at home.its very clean.I definetely recommend.

The location was really good close to the Metro and also the Duomo and there was good communication advising access and luggage
We didn’t like the hard pillows maybe a choice of a softer pillow would help also we did have one issue with the App as we couldn’t get a shared communal door to open digitally via the app. On a noisy busy road.

Modern, clean, well-managed, good communication, daily cleaning. Very central location
There was nothing that I didn’t like but I might suggest a tv that can link to guests’ streaming services

A great shower. Big bed. Cleaned well. Close to the Duomo. Luggage storage. The Concierge in the property was a super star. He helped us when we had no response from the host.
Check in process by phone which didn’t work. Communication with the host was poor at times. Asked questions but didn’t hear back for over an hour +.
Bedding poor quality. Nowhere to hang coats although lots of empty walls. Extremely noisily all night due to a busy main road as well as banging from building work going on all day. The rooms were lit up by the many smart switches around the apartment which made it hard for us to sleep.
