Hello, I would like to report an issue regarding my stay in Milan on November 15–16 at Chiossetto House. The apartment I received was completely different from the one shown in the photos on Booking. When I arrived, the place was extremely dirty and in unacceptable condition. I contacted the host, but he was rude and told me that if I didn’t like it, I should leave. In addition, I was not informed beforehand that there were video cameras inside the property, which made me feel unsafe. Because of the poor conditions, I had no choice but to leave the apartment. Despite this, the host marked my reservation as a “no-show,” even though I was physically there — the apartment was simply uninhabitable. I then had to search for another place to stay, in the rain, which made the experience even more unpleasant. I kindly ask for your assistance in reviewing this case, as the listing was misleading and the situation caused significant inconvenience. Thank you in advance for your help

La struttura si trova in una posizione favolosa, centrale, a pochi passi dalla fermata san babila e dal Duomo, nonostante si trovi al centro rimane piuttosto silenziosa cosa che ho apprezzato molto. Lo staff gentile e disponibile.

La struttura avrebbe bisogno di qualche miglioramento giusto per massimizzare il confort, per esempio il bagno è dotato di vasca ma manca la tenda della doccia utile per non fare un lago per terra, in cucina sarebbe stato utile uno strofinaccio per asciugare stoviglie e mani.
