Erin is a wonderful host, and the condo is exactly as described! My family and I (husband, two middle school daughters, and our mini labradoodle) enjoyed the property very much. This was our first vrbo experience. We found everything to be clean, cute, and spacious. There are only a few steps (6, I believe) up to the door from the parking lot, so unpacking & packing were easy, as was taking the dog out. The kids didn’t use the pool (we have one at home), but they did swim in the lake and feed the ducks a few times right down the sidewalk from the condo. For a true beach experience, we went down the road to Public Beach #2, which satisfied my younger daughter's desire to build a sand castle. We definitely enjoyed the location and how easy it was to get to restaurants, shopping, jet ski/boat rentals, go carts, etc.. We were able to do everything we wanted dueing the week! Thank you, Erin, for letting us stay!

This condo had literally EVERYTHING you could want. We just kept saying, 'they really thought of everthing'. It was very large, and had all the conveniences of home, plus more. Very large kitchen that is fully stocked. The only drawback for me was it was a bit of a walk to the pool & dock, but I have problems walking, so it probably would be no problem for most people. There were alot of ants inside, but aside from that we had an absolutely lovely stay.

Fun couples weekend in the ozarks was spent here! The place was in a great location near our favorite pool bars & within minutes of the boat rental! Will definitely be coming back. Thanks!

Enjoyed this very clean and convenient older model condo on Lake of the Ozarks. Perfect for us. Nothing too fancy, but very clean and located in a great spot near the Grand Glaize Bridge. But even though we were near busy water, our dock water was calm and our boat was well protected. Thank you for a nice getaway!

This was a beautiful condo with lots of space and easy access to the dock, beach and pool with a beautiful view of the lake from the private balcony. We enjoyed our stay and was very happy with everything.

When you filter “pet friendly” this property comes up, there is no mention of a “pet fee” under details / fees. When we arrived in the instruction list there is a notice taped to the refrigerator “NO PETS / $250 fine.” I contacted the owner, she said they are pet friendly, but there is a fee, since we are only staying a weekend, she would charge me $100, I said there is not mention of a fee in the details, she replied the website is supposed to ask if you are bringing a pet, it didn’t. So, she billed me an addition $100.00, I feel setup, I even mentioned we were bringing our dog in the narrative portion of the initial rental submission, no mention of a “pet fee” was brought to my attention. The condo has newer furniture, but the condo itself is old, dated and smells musty. The owner does communicate well and is friendly, the condo is located in a nice area with good views. One drawback is you can hear everything the neighbors say in their condo, the one below met us walking our dog and complained he could hear us walking, so there is no privacy.

I took my wife for a trip to the Lake of the Ozark’s for her birthday. This condo surpassed all expectations. We brought our two pups, who absolutely enjoyed themselves. Mom and dad came to visit and our son came in from Mizzou for the day. There was plenty of room inside to relax and catch up and we had great conversations on the beautiful deck. What a great place to unwind and sleep well! If you are looking for a condo at the lake, look no further, this is it! Thanks for the wonderful memories!!

Condo was bigger in real life than we expected. We had a family of 6 (older kids) and our dog and we felt like we could actually lounge around and be comfortable in the condo, which is not always the case. It was a very hospitable setting. Close to boat rentals, restaurants, Dierbergs and Target. I was a little nervous about the lack of grass directly surrounding the condo for our dog, but after taking a little walk up the hill, we found a nice grassy street for walking and potty needs. Again, perfect for what we were looking for to getaway for the weekend. Thanks, Erin.

To begin with , Erin couldn’t have been any nicer or pleasant to communicate with. Our stay at the condo was one of our best! Not only was it beautiful, but it was super clean and accomplished all our needs. The lake view was beautiful and the others guests were super nice. What an amazing property! It was clean and well furnished. Every detail was covered. Beds were comfortable and towels super soft. New washer and dryer conveniently located. The view from the deck was beautiful. Neighbors were friendly. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Ozarks.

We loved this space so much. Peaceful, clean, quiet. The kitchen was divine. Everything made so much sense. There are also clear instructions on how things work and lots of "just-in-case-you-forgot" things. I would absolutely come back here.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It's a more quaint condo at the lake compared to some of the huge complexes. It felt homey and we had no issues with noise around us at all. (We have a toddler who had to sleep good for naps and at night!) The pool and playground were a great feature that our toddler had a lot of fun playing in.
