We will available by text or phone call throughout your stay! There will also be someone coming by every 3 days or so to maintain the garden and lawn. He will be there for no more than an hour. It is recommended to have a rental car for easier and timely travel. *Golf course is a two minute walk from the house, just outside of the guard shack. World famous Makaha beach is just a three minute drive down the road. Important Note: Guest understands that a 4% processing fee will be forfeited for any cancellations. Please drive slowly in the neighborhood, children play outside in the afternoons. Quiet times respectfully are before 8:00 am and after 10:00 pm.
