Our 1,515 sq foot condo features 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, we have space for 6 guests, making our place the perfect spot for families, friends, and group travel! Tamarindo Diria 303, a luxury condo that embodies refined tropical elegance with unique architectural features. The unit is located on the 3rd floor of the Matapalo building with peaceful views over the lagoon pool and expansive tropical gardens. Enjoy a spacious open concept living and dining area that open up to a large covered terrace. Each bedroom has its own private ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom offers a Juliet balcony with views overlooking the gardens and the pool, as well as a walk-in closet and spa ensuite bathroom with a soaker tub. Our gourmet kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, a foyer with a coffered ceiling, an in-suite laundry room, elevators, parking, and 24/7 security. The Diria condos are nestled in lush tropical gardens behind a huge lagoon pool with a swim-up bar, very tranquil despite the convenient town-center location. Famous Tamarindo beach is right across the street and all of Tamarindo’s vibrant shops, restaurants and nightlife are within easy walking distance. ** KEY FEATURES ** -Free WiFi/ Internet -3 brand new TVs in the property: Living room: 55" Smart TV, Master Bedroom 43" Smart TV, Guest Bedroom 43" Smart TV -A/C -Fresh linens, towels, soaps, and shampoos provided -Washer/Dryer in unit -Fully loaded kitchen with silverware, glassware, dishes, Blender, Stove, Refrigerator, Ice Dispenser, Coffee maker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Oven, Water Dispenser, Waste disposal -Shared Pool .. and much more! ** BED CONFIGURATION ** Bedroom One: King Bed Bedroom Two: Queen Bed Living Room: Queen Size Sofa Bed **Optional Add Ons (extra cost)** -In House Massages (upgrade available adds ons for manicures, pedicures, facials) -Mid-stay cleaning (subject to availability and an additional discounted cost to the cleaning fee included in your booking) -Llanos del Cortez Waterfall tours including transportation and lunch buffet -ATV tours including water and fruits -Lazy Lizard Catamaran Tours (include food, unlimited beverages including alcohol, music and more) -Horseback Riding including water and fruits -In House Yoga Classes -Grocery Shopping and Delivery -Yacht Charters! Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,750. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself. *Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This was our second visit. The Diria is a beautiful, well maintained property in the heart of Tamarindo walking distance to many great restaurants and stores. This condo was perfect for two couples. We especially loved the covered patio overlooking the pool. I highly recommend this property. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful place to stay
This is a wonderful resort and you can walk to everything in this cute town. The restaurants are amazing and we did a couple tours and everyone is very informative. The check in was easy and the host returned our messages quickly. We will definitely be back!
