Nestled in Pelham, this attractive house for $258 per night is a great option for your next vacation. ▶ Newly renovated townhome with brand new furnishings throughout! ▶ 5 minutes from Pelham City Park, Perfect for travel ball families ▶ 10 minutes from Oak Mtn State Park where there are miles of hiking and biking trails, and lakes to fish ▶ 7 minutes from I-65 ▶ Upstairs level features a Master Bedroom with King bed and 2 bedrooms with queen beds. Main level has a bunk room with 2 twins. ▶ Pet friendly! -$125 per pet ▶ Front Doorbell and Outdoor Backyard Camera THE SPACE: ▶ Master Bedroom with full bath and King bed upstairs ▶ 2 Queen Bedrooms upstairs ▶ 2 full baths + 1 half bath ▶ Bunk bed room with twins on main level ▶ Large living area with 50" TV ▶ Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee maker ▶ 2 parking spots in front of home For safety and security, the front and back doors are monitored by security cameras. Footage may be used to enforce and verify compliance with rental policies. *1 doorbell camera at the entrance of the home, and 1 outdoor camera facing the backyard. Both devices are ON and recording during the reservation. House Rules: - WE ARE A SMOKE FREE PROPERTY. - No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, or hangouts. - No more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors. - No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10pm. Quiet time in our neighborhood begins at 10pm and ends at 7am. - No weapons allowed anywhere on the property. Pet friendly! *Dogs only, under 50 pounds. Max of 2. Pet fee of $125 per pet will be charged after the reservation is made. We have a few rules we asks guests with pets to follow: - Only well behaved, house trained dogs allowed. - Keep your dog on a leash at all times when outside. - Clean up after your dog- no one likes to step in poo. - No pets on the furniture. Please use a dog bed or crate. We do not provide dog beds or crates. - Do not leave your dog left unattended in the rental for more than an hour or two. - No aggressive or loud dogs are permitted. Disruptive barking and/or aggressive dogs will be asked to leave and their owners will not be refunded money for the reservation. - There is a $250 minimum charge for animal damages/traces left behind in or outside the home. - The guest will assume full responsibility for their pet. If your pet causes and injury or harm to other people or the property, you will be 100% liable for any necessary treatment, care, or repair.

It was the worst place we ever stayed. We are volleyball moms with their daughters. The house had roaches it was in a sketchy neighborhood and when we sent pictures and complained we received no consideration from the office that owns the property, they were persistent that they didn’t know what i was talking about! I let you all know please consider this as a serious review.

We had my family of five along with my parents in town to visit other family in the Birmingham area. This house had everything we needed for all 7 of us to stay comfortably! It is well furnished and close to food and shopping. Overall a great trip!

we were four guys on a golf trip and the only negative would be the bunkbeds for our fourth individual.
