Beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Breakfast was great and friendly staff. We checked in very late because our flight was delayed and were still met with a kind welcome. We felt very at ease during the stay, it wasnt too crowded, more than enough sunbeds. The shuttle service to Limone is a very nice addition, although you could also walk to/from the centre!
The pool is pretty small, which was fine because there werent alot of guests during our stay, but there was space for max 2-3 couples in the pool itself. The lunch choices are limited and are of okay quality, there is no dinner option at the hotel.

The view from the suites are nice, and the breakfast was just right.
Every time I had to visit the front desk over an issue with my stay, it seemed that I was only an inconvenience to the desk staff. As much as I paid to stay there it shouldn’t have been a big deal when asking for assistance because the refrigerator or the safe wasn’t working.
