Very good location and ventilation which allows sun rays to come in directly. The property is situated near a metro station and a food hotel.
The property is a multi storey building but its lift is still awaiting installation. Elderly people may face trouble to go upper floors using stairs.

Very good location and the room is spacious for two people. There is a hotel about 100 metres away from property at the same road which serves very cheap thali just @ 60/- only and the food quality is good.
There is space for lift but it is yet to be installed, so you have only way to go upper floors using stairs. Elderly people and with heavy luggage one may face difficulty.

1. The staff was friendly and helpful.
2. The hotel is conveniently located at just 3 mins walk from Chandpole metro station and 5 mins walk from the bus stand.
1. The room looks entirely different than the pictures in booking.com
2. The shower didn't work and wasn't fixed even after multiple intimations.
3. The room was very small.
4. The owner wasn't willing to share any receipt.
