Posizione nel cuore di Nardò. Tutti i servizi funzionanti. Proprietario molto disponibile.
Bagno piccolissimo e senza finestre. La stanza era al piano terra con un mini patio. Dalle foto la stanza sembrava molto più grande. Non ci si può arrivare in auto poiché la struttura si trova in ZTL e serve il permesso per entrarci senza essere multati.
