We are extremely satisfied with our stay in the apartment. The location is the best possible within walking distance of the most important sights of Padua and the train and bus station for very fast and cheap transport to neighboring cities. Although centrally located, it is quiet and peaceful, especially in the morning hours, with numerous cafes and pastry shops nearby for coffee and breakfast, and in the evening with pleasant restaurants. We had to check in quite late around midnight and we were immediately provided with full assistance. The rooms, as well as the bathroom and kitchen, are very spacious and well furnished. Hygiene is at a very good level. At the beginning of our stay, we had minor problems with the electricity, which were resolved immediately and with attention to us. I recommend the apartment and I would most likely stay there on my next trip to Padua. A small but interesting detail is that on the opposite street there is an ancient church with a very important relic preserved in it, and I recommend visiting it, as well as the ancient cafe Pedrochi.
The balcony is large with a view of the courtyard and with the opportunity to relax, but it needs to be cleaned a little.

Great stay in a perfect central location! The apartment is right in the heart of the city, which made everything easily accessible. Just downstairs there’s a bar where you can enjoy breakfast, grab a coffee anytime during the day, or relax in the evening with drinks and snacks — very convenient and a lovely atmosphere.
I had a small issue with the entrance code at first, but the hosts - Giorgia and Filippo - were extremely friendly and responded immediately to help, which I really appreciated. They also did their best to accommodate us earlier than the standard check-in time since we had a very early flight and arrived around 9 a.m. That flexibility made a big difference for us.
Clean, comfortable, and spacious. The place was very well maintained, with plenty of room to relax and feel at home. Everything was tidy and thoughtfully arranged, making the stay both easy and enjoyable.
Overall, a very pleasant experience with attentive and helpful hosts — I would definitely recommend staying here!
