Clean, comfy bed, great location close to metro.
When I asked for our correct allocation of water, after backwards and forward between staff I was told it was out of stock, which wasn’t true because I found some on the room attendants trolley. Also no milk in room, and tea coffee not replaced daily. The lovely night man did give me milk and tea nightly which was greatly appreciated.

Always extremely good. We have stayed here multiple times over the past 5 years. A very clean, well designed and equipped hotel. Staff are helpful and pleasant. Facilities very very good.

The bed was comfortable and the room was light and both windows opened. Free coffee and water in the room. Super close to the Metro station and easy to leave for the coast by car in the morning.
Hard to find entrance and not clear at all about how or where to park the car. Confusion over how to access the car park wasn’t helped by staff who had a bit of attitude. No body cream in the bathroom.
