Fantastic host, great location

Fantastic host, great location. Tanja was very helpful and contributed to making our visit to Sarajevo a pleasure. The off street parking was appreciated.

Nice and pleasant stay

The location is perfect. Just 5 mins walk to main square. Secured parking in front of the building. Spacious rooms, one bathroom, one toilet. Everything was clean. The host was very welcoming and friendly. Easy check-in with the lock.

Exceptional

Everything about this reservation was absolutely wonderful. The apartment is located at the very centre. It is spacious and very clean. It contains all the amenities you need for a cozy stay: well equipped kitchen, toalet, bathroom, bedroom ... Bed is really confortable. Our host is very nice. She met with us and showed us the place and also recommended places to see and things to do in Sarajevo. All in all, if we ever come back to Sarajevo (which we will!), we will definitely try to stay here again. :)

Everything was perfect.

Disappointed

Location

1. It took quite a long time., at least half an hour to get a little bit warm water for a 5-minutes shower. The next one needed to wait for another half an hour. 2. Toilet and shower are separated. Both are very tiny. Drainage problem in shower tab, could not get the shower running for more than 3 minutes, needed to stop and let the water go and then start again! 3. The key to the ground floor door entering into the apartment building doesn’t work. Needed to try for a few times to get the door opened. Sometimes even worse we needed to wait for the upstairs neighbors to come home and open the door! 4. Requested for a receipt of the rental payment one day before the settlement. The host agreed but didn’t bring the receipt. She agreed to bring it the next day when we checked out, 20 Jun. She was finally no show but asked us to provide her with our email address so that she could send the receipt to us. Upto to now, more than 2 weeks after we left, we still haven’t got her email even though we reminded her twice via WhatsApp. She just kept replying she would send but take no action at all.

8 / 10Excellent·Sep 2026

The apartment is in an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from the heart of Sarajevo, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The host was very friendly and helpful. Even though we had to check out in the morning, she kindly allowed us to use the garage until our departure, which was greatly appreciated and very convenient. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, and well-maintained. 😊

Es war alles super, die Gastgeberin Tanja war sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Die Lage ist perfekt, in 2 Minuten zu Fuß ist man in der Altstadt von Sarajevo.

Es gab wirklich nichts negatives.
