GranSerena Hotel

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo resort! La struttura è molto bella e curata, ma ciò che ci ha colpito maggiormente è stata la qualità del cibo, sempre vario, gustoso e ben presentato. Il servizio è stato impeccabile: personale gentile, disponibile e sempre attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Una menzione speciale va ad Antonio, il barista, che con la sua simpatia, professionalità e cordialità ha reso ancora più piacevoli le nostre giornate. Sempre sorridente e disponibile, ci ha fatto sentire davvero accolti. Un’esperienza che porteremo con noi e che consigliamo sicuramente!

Bellissimo hotel direttamente su ampia spiaggia di sabbia fine! Ben organizzato, il personale è sempre disponibile e molto gentile. Al ristorante principale a buffet il menu è ricco e vario. Bravissimi i ragazzi dell’animazione! La nostra stanza era grande e luminosa con il balcone vista mare, meravigliosa! Inoltre hotel dispone di due piscine, tra cui una olimpionica, con acqua termale. Gli spazi esterni e ampio giardino sono ben curati. Abbiamo passato una splendida vacanza. Grazie di cuore Granserena hotel! Consigliatissimo.

Beautiful beach. Beach bar was good and evening music on the main patio bar area nice

Food was terrible. Anything palatable ran out and was not replaced. I understand feeding 1000 guests at a buffet is challanging but still below standard. Fish definitely too fishy to eat, prepackaged supermarket style breads and pastries and even the ketchup had so much added sugar it set teeth on edge. Most staff knew no foreign languages only 1 staff in reception had some english. Place full of elderly german package tourists who had to speak english to that 1 receptionist. explanations of resort offerings not done. Thermal springs were tap water artificially heated. I paid the €10 euro extra to go, all the pools were cold, the attendant tried to bullshit me that it was the correct thermal temperature. I left immediately, complained to the 1 english speaking receptionist who after investigating found the heater wasnt on and admitted it was not naturally occuring thermal water, but heated chlorinated tap water. They refused to give me my €10 back and gave me a drink voucher instead, which we ended up not using as we left that afternoon in disgust, losing $365 on our last night’s reservation
