House was massive. We loved that we had so many different rooms and dining / lounging spaces to spread out or come together, which fit loads of people. Plenty of bathrooms / showers / toilets to use which meant we never had to wait for others. The whole house, despite having so many windows, felt really private but light, thanks to the light curtains & blinds. Really lovely soft furnishings and colour theme had a stylish, relaxing coastal vibe. Main tv room was so comfy and warm for our winter stay - we also loved the extra blankets in this room for snuggling under for a movie night. Beautiful views of the beach on one side and pool on the other. Plenty of room in the garage to park our large hire car. Was a short drive to local amenities (shops, cafes) and the ferry to Newcastle.
Dishwasher was a bit small for the large plates. We found the kitchen sink plug, some glasses, cutlery and crockery a bit unclean and needed to wash these again on arrival. Kitchen bins also need a good scrub. A couple of ceiling lights were out in the entrance lounge and one of the bedroom lamps didn't work.

The view and sound of the ocean was a highlight. Very spacious for the family has a whole
Could have been a bit cleaner. Window seals in the rooms dirty and cobwebs around.

Large, amazing house with good size bedrooms and plenty of space. Great location. Spectacular views.
It is walkable to (patrolled) beach, cafes and town but most people would find it a bit far. An easy level ride or a few minutes to drive.
A few minor maintenance items (e.g. missing a curtain in main bedroom) a bit out of line with the price of the property.

No WiFi, cleanliness was questionable, no TVs worked upstairs, we ran out of dunny paper
