No one is at the property except for breakfast time when someone comes in to prepare it. Clients do not ever see the owners or a responsible person. The bathroom door in room 1 did not shut, it is to be sanded on the bottom so it does not rub on the floor preventing it from shutting. I did not appreciate sending my passport info to the owner by e-mail because he is absent from the premises and cannot register guests in person. What with identity theft so rampant it is not a good idea. This is not Airbnb it is a Bed and Breakfast and you expect the owners to be there. Everything is done in absentia, keys, info, etc. The B&B is far from the centre of town. The taxis could never locate the address.
A presence of someone responsible for the B and B at all times, especially when there are 20 persons staying there. Registration in person and not sharing passport numbers and other personal info online. A contact should be made with taxi companies to explain where BB Dona Ana is. The door to the bathroom in unit 1 should be fixed.
