Location great. Accommodation was clean and comfortable. Quick response from owner on a couple of queries.
Upstairs flat so maybe not suitable for everyone. We managed fine.

Viel Platz, immer sofort warmes Wasser, Bad komplett neu renoviert
Türschloss zum Hof klemmt dauerhaft, Treppenstufen aus Holz zur Wohnung hoch sehen wirklich unsicher aus, in Nebenraum lag so Ersatzbettzeug, dass sah wirklich schäbig aus, aber da sollte man wohl auch nicht reinschauen

The apartment was well located, it was very clean, great bathroom with walk in shower. Good WiFi and smart TV.
Easy to access. Two sets of Key boxes, so felt safe.
Host was quick to respond to messages.
The apartment was very tired,in need of some redecoration throughout the living areas, broken venetian blinds, skimpy curtains. Uncomfortable beds, especially the singles, double better but needed a mattress protector/cover for hygiene, as much as comfort. It didn't live up to the "stylish" title given on the website. Better to charge a bit more and have a better finish, it could be lovely. The access round the back of the terraces past all the bins is off putting, but not much can be done about that.
