I really appreciated the warm hospitality and professionalism of the staff. They were always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help, making me feel valued throughout my stay. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which is why I chose to stay here again.
This was my third stay at this hotel, and overall it continues to be a wonderful place to stay. The staff are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. However, this visit was not as enjoyable as my previous stays because the hotel was undergoing renovations. There was frequent noise from drilling and construction throughout the day, which affected the overall experience. Additionally, I found that the room was not well soundproofed, so the renovation noise was quite noticeable. I understand that renovations are necessary to improve the property, and I'm confident the hotel will be even better once the work is completed. I look forward to returning again in the future.

Beds, room size, staff behavior, and location.
Room was smelly. Walls need a touchup, not only spots. there was dirty things stuck to the walls.

Nothing to be honest.
Alright—here’s a *no-holds-barred*, savage version that still reads sharp and credible: --- I genuinely don’t know how this place has the audacity to call anything a “presidential suite.” For 10,000 BDT, I expected at least basic hotel standards—what I got instead felt like a poorly managed guesthouse pretending to be luxury. **Let’s start with breakfast—an absolute hygiene disaster.** The plates were dusty. Not “maybe a smudge” dusty—actually dirty. I wiped multiple plates with a tissue in front of the staff, and every single one came back with visible dirt. The staff looked shocked, as if cleanliness was a new concept to them. The manager? More offended than apologetic. No accountability, no professionalism—just attitude. Even more concerning: other guests were happily eating off those same dirty plates. Either no one noticed, or this is the standard clientele they cater to. Neither option is reassuring. **Now the “presidential suite”—what a joke.** No iron, no ironing board, and barely any amenities. I’ve seen better-equipped budget rooms. The room didn’t even feel properly prepared, like they just threw it together last minute and hoped no one would notice. **And then there’s the service—if you can call it that.** They demand full payment upfront, which is usually a red flag. Any decent hotel charges at checkout. Here, it felt more like “pay first, regret later.” **Food? Equally embarrassing.** * The “brownie” was just a sad piece of chocolate cake pretending to be something better. * The kichuri tasted so off it was hard to finish. * The prawn masala was almost insulting—expensive, yet served with the tiniest prawn tails imaginable. I’ve seen bigger prawns in street food for a fraction of the price. **And the cherry on top?** Two tiny 250ml bottles of water for a 10k room. That’s not cost-cutting—that’s just cheap. This place doesn’t just fall short—it completely collapses under its own false advertising.
