Perfect in all aspects! Large square, comfortable furniture, bed and coach of good size, comfortable bathroom, functional kitchen, well designed.
Many places for parking.
Very clear instructions from the owner and good communication.

Cleanliness: The place was very clean.
Space: The studio is spacious.
Promptness: The owner prepared the apartment early for check-in and sent me all the necessary information.
Poor soundproofing. The street noise kept me awake all night.
Verbal aggression: The owner behaved in a completely inappropriate way. She called me specifically to yell at me because of my review and verbally attacked me. She told me that if I did not like the noise, I should take it up with the city hall. I do not recommend this place because of the noise and the lack of respect.
I should have recorded the actual conversation for proof. What was written was totally different from what was actually said.
