Very well located in the center of Chamonix. You can go by foot to the Aiguille du midi cable cars and to the Mer de Glace train station. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants around. We always found a spot for our car on the building parking lot which was really good.
The wifi did not work at all. The owner said he checked with the provider but it did not help. It was a big minus!

L’allotjament es molt correcte i la ubicació perfecte. Que tingui aparcament privat tambe li fa pujar punts. Hem estat molt a gust
Recollir el codi i saber on eren ls claus no es que GIS complicat però ens va generar incertesa durant una estona, després van ser molt correctes.

The apartment location was perfect. We liked the welcome pack of soap, shampoo and conditioner. It was also a nice surprise to get a Cart D’Hote which provided free or discounted access to the train and bus. The apartment itself was cozy, comfortable and quiet. You can’t ask for much more.
Some things that people should be aware of.
Check in on Booking.com states 3pm. Check in is actually at 4pm per host.
There is 250Euro deposit, which you will find listed under important details on the site. What is not disclosed is the 2.50 processing fee which is not refundable. I don’t care about the money, but I do care about transparency at the time of booking.
Booking site also says free parking. Just know that parking is free but not guaranteed, it’s on a first come first serve bases. If you’re counting on that parking spot just know you may need to make other arrangements if the lot is full.
It would be nice if they added paper towels or a few napkins for the guests to use.
