The room was spacious and clean. Nice wood decorations. Tea, coffee and water were provided in the room. Heating worked well. Bed was comfortable. Good breakfast was included. Nice common area had a fireplace, comfy seats and cards to play. Staff was helpful. We would stay there again.
The bathroom was small and the shower stall was tiny.

الموقع كان بين طريق البحيرة أبانت 20 دقيقة و مدينة بولو 28 دقيقة والنظافة كان كل شي نظيف
المعاملة كانت باردة دون ترحيب من الموظفين من الدخول إلى الخروج جميع العائلة باردة دون ابتسامة ولا ترحيب فقط بنت واحده وابتسامة صغيرة وجدنا منها فقط و في الإفطار بنتي عمره سنتين ترتدي حذاء أطفال به صوت عندما تمشي جاء الموظف بكل ثقة اخبرنا أن صوت الحذاء مزعج وهو لا يضحك وكأنه امر خطير ويجب علينا حله ومعالجته . المعاملة كانت تنقصها المهنية للفندق من الترحيب للسائحين والذين اختاروا فندقهم
