Loved the room and the space.
Nice clean and tidy and easy to access.
Not noisy and easy to get to from Wembley with many Cafes nearby
On the top floor (no lift) the window didn't shut properly. Although there was a fan in the room, this will be cold if not fixed for winter, but I would book again.

Comfortable stay and good location - nice room, bathroom, shower good, room very pleasant. Nice cotton sheet and duvet, extra spare towels should we have needed them. There were water bottles kindly put in the fridge, nice touch and generous with tea bags, coffee etc, little biscuits and nice cups & saucers.
We loved the location, lovely area. Really easy to get here from the other side of London and a great location to stay if you are going to Wembley Stadium or arena, also enjoyed walking along St John's Wood High Street - lovely to see such a nice mix of shops - butchers, bakers, green grocers etc in such a small but really tidy high street. Very close by nice walks along the canal tow path, skyline at Primrose Hill, Maida Vale etc right on your doorstep. Underground a shirt walk away.
Quiet location too.
The entrance from outside and the hallway were fairly shabby, so we walked up to our room we were getting a little worried but it was nice. We expect that hallway area is due for redecorating soon.
You receive instructions for where to find the key, the day before so that all worked but there were staff in the adjoining pub should we have any problems.We had not been to a self serve hotel, no reception or owner to meet , but, Hey! This system worked .
The room was good but quite worn in places, I can see what the owners had achieved but it seems that wear & tear have, literark taken taken their toll.

It was all acceptable but a little run down and in need of some TLC. The bed was very comfy, but the room was very warm, and although fans are provided it would have been nice if the aircon was working.
The smell from the pub toilets lingers on the stairs. The carpet and furniture is very stained and as mention, needs some updating and cleaning. It served my purpose and the pub it is above was very pleasant.
