Location is amazing - sea view is stunning
Beach is across the road - easy walk into Bournemouth
Balcony seating is great
10-15min walk from Southbourne high street with great cafes/shops
Lack of plug sockets in bedrooms - please provide a few extension cables.
Main bathroom shower pressure is very poor
Balcony windows - right hand side is loose and not so easy to open or close

It was a very lovely property. Communication was good, if somewhat generic. It was a very nice apartment in a good location. The sea view was lovely and the balcony was very nice.
I felt the price was very high for the apartment. I mean, I was happy to pay it, but for the amenities and everything generally, it just felt too expensive.

The property has been finished to the highest standards. The location is perfect, the view to the sea was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable and we got very good nights sleep. Even though the weather was very hot, the apartment was easy to keep cool.

Good view. Good location.
Refundable deposit of £400 is too much. I had to opt for the non refundable payment of £95 which of course adds to the cost.
Didn’t like the request for more money to stay later than 10 or arrive earlier than 4. There is no goodwill here from the hosts - not even a pint of milk or washing up liquid provided. No welcome pack or anything.
Bifold windows did not work properly and although I notified them, nobody came out to fix it.
