Situated in Noord, this attractive villa for $500 per night is a great option for your next trip. This beautiful, newly built, modern ocean view villa is located in the highly prestigious area of Palm Beach. It is only a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, The Ritz Carlton, the Marriott hotel and the Fisherman’s Hut. This is a well-known beach for windsurfers and kite surfers in Palm Beach. Close to Eagle Beach, Malmok Beach, Bubali Bird Sanctuary, the Butterfly Farm, the California Lighthouse, and other area attractions. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE TAKING EXTRA PRECAUTIONS IN CLEANING BOTH BEFORE YOUR STAY AND AFTER TO MAKE YOUR VACATION AS SAFE AS POSSIBLE Upon entering the house, you will find a very spacious, and open, living room. Writing desk if needed and brand new leather furniture looking on to a big screen Television. The house boasts 4 large bedrooms, each with its own beautiful ensuite and KING SIZED BEDS. The kitchen is fabulously designed with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a very unique indoor/outdoor kitchen. Simply open the bi-folding glass window and serve directly out onto the granite breakfast bar... giving you that outdoor atmosphere. We have also supplied, for your convenience, an outdoor beer/cold drink fridge just outside the large glass patio door leading from the house to the covered terrace out by the pool. The yard is very spacious and has a GRAND swimming pool with a beautiful fountain and under water sitting bench with 4 jets so you can relax and enjoy the view. There is an outdoor shower so you can rinse off before or after the pool...and great for you divers to rinse off your gear after a fantastic day of blowing bubbles. You will also find an outside (shaded) bar area with 8 bar stools and a Weber BBQ to make those nights when you stay in enjoyable. For those days at the beach there are TOMMY BAHAMA beach chairs, beach towels and coolers provided so you can kick back in the beautiful sand and surf while enjoying a cold one and some snacks in comfort One of the other highlights of this house is the incredible ocean view upper deck boasting glass railing and hand crafted chairs from a local carpenter where you can enjoy a glass of wine while letting your mind escape and viewing the ocean and watching the most sought out sunset in the Caribbean. Characteristics of Ocean View Villa: Modern built house – 4 large bedrooms all with king sized beds and their own cable TV. Also their own beautiful and private en suite…each with its own unique and picturesque tile. One of the bedrooms has a 6-foot glass patio door with a gorgeous pool view. 3 separate sitting ares outside and private / gated parking. There is a half bath and laundry facilities in its own separate room as well. Please be advised that this property is for registered guest only and no parties. Exceeded all our expectations! Very clean and fully equipped with everything you may possibly need. Perfect location to beautiful beaches and incredible restaurants. Mark the host and Izaira the property manager were so great to work with and very quick to respond to any questions we may have had. It was the ideal set up for our family of 7. Absolutely loved everything about the house and our experience in Aruba!

Sometimes what you see is not what you get. Not the case with Bakval 4! What you see is EXACTLY what you get, if not more. Everything about the house and property is spot on. Mark is a wonderful host, and property manager Izaita is so easy and responsive to work with. If we could give this property a 10*, we would!!

The house was great with the exception of 2 exterior rear doors that didn’t lock. We were told by the property manager that new doors have been ordered so that should be resolved soon. The only other suggestion I would have is to supply two sets of bath towels and wash cloths for each guest. We ended up running the washer and dryer more than needed as our family took showers at different times of the day so it was inconvenient to do 3-4 towels at a time. The host was great with communication and was available at request. The house was in a great location and had a beautiful outdoor space. The property manager provided an extra beach towel for my daughter that joined us a few days after our arrival.

This property is just as described and more. The house is bright, spacious, and our family of 7 found it very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a wine fridge and Ninja Professional Blender, great for smoothies and Pina Coladas. The pool area has lots of seating, including a covered outdoor dining area. Parking is right on the property. The host, Mark, was very responsive and helpful answering our questions and giving recommendations. Property manager, Izaira, was very friendly and helpful. She met us at the property, gave us a tour and answered any questions we had. Our time in beautiful Aruba was made extra special by staying at this property.

This was a perfect home for us. Four master bedrooms with ensuites really provided us the privacy that all couples wanted. We had 6 adults and a toddler with us and the living room provided enough room for us to all relax comfortably while the toddler still had plenty of room to play. Dining room comfortably had room for 8 and the kitchen had absolutely everything that we needed for the week we were there. The outside space was incredible. Multiple lounge/seating options for all and provided the ability to enjoy the outdoor space in or out of the sun. It was great to have the laundry room and half bath outside as it prevented anyone from having to go through the home wet and we could easily throw our wet towels right into the dryer. We were also all impressed with how well the air conditioners worked in the living room and all bedrooms. The location of the home was fantastic. You definitely need a car, but it was very easy to get around from here. We did walk to beach every morning for a run and some early morning shelling and the walk was only 5-6 minutes. The owner, Mark was very responsive both prior to and during our stay. When we go back to Aruba, I will be looking to book here again!

Had a wonderful stay in Aruba at Mark’s property! He was great to work with and very responsive. Great location, rented a car which was great to be able to run to grocery store for food and drinks, and even cooked on the grill a couple nights for dinner. Having the pool was amazing for morning and evening swims and the rooftop deck was so relaxing with great views! Loved all the beach bars and restaurants that were close to the property. We also took a UTV tour, played golf, visited the lighthouse, got a spa massage and even did a beach yoga session! It was the trip of the lifetime!!

We had an amazing time. Mark, the host, was fantastic from the very beginning. He responded very quickly to my questions. Most of my friends stayed at the Marriott, so I had a lot of questions about renting a house and driving around on the island. Mark answered so so many questions that were not related to the property, but more to vacationing in Aruba.
The house is beautiful. 4 large bedrooms with king beds and private bath for each room. Beautiful lightening system. We enjoyed the pool more than we thought we would. I counted many chairs for eating around the pool deck. The upstairs outside deck was perfect for relaxing after a morning at the beach. A nice combination of shade (chickee) and sun around the pool.
Location of the house was perfect. About 5 min drive to the Marriott and Moomba beach (parking places). So easy to get to Arashi and Eagle beaches - more space and less hectic than Palm beach. Supermarket was less than 10 minutes away.
Izaira, the property manager, was amazing as well - friendly, knowledgeable, very available. I needed help with a minor fixing which could have waited till the next morning. But she came the same night to help.
Looking forward to staying at Bakval 4 in the future. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Great house every room has its own bathroom. Great indoor outdoor space , it was amazing to sit outside. We love Aruba for its safety and beautiful beaches. We always Rent-A-Car and go around the whole island. This was a great house to come home to every night grill food and hang out after long beach day dip in the pool ! One of the bedrooms access is from outside near the pool, didn’t matter to us. The property was super clean and was very easy to talk to the property manager and owner. If you need anything, they’re right, there would go again And the super food grocery store is amazing! Also used Aruba‘s baby rental service, for everything we need thank you

What a beautiful, charming house just steps outside of the Palm Beach conveniences, restaurants, bars, beaches, and activities! The house fit our party of seven perfectly. It was exceptionally clean, plenty of areas around the pool to hide from the sun and had a great window in the kitchen that we could open up when we decided to do a house pool day to bring the inside of the home to the outside pool area. The neighbors were quiet & friendly. Walking distance to Oak Restaurant (amazing!) Above all, the ownership and management of the property was what made our trip - exceptionally easy to work with communicated well and efficiently, and the property is just as advertised. This was our second time in Aruba the first time we stayed at a resort in this time rented a home for a week and jeeps to tour the island. Both are great, as Aruba is great, but if you’re traveling with another family or children, I would personally highly recommend renting a home. This one was perfect for us!

We loved our stay. The house was clean and everyone enjoyed having their own bedroom, bathroom, and smart tv. We rented a Jeep and it was very easy to get around the island. The property manager was welcoming when we arrived and was quick to respond if we had a question.

The girls and I would like to thank Mark, Iziara and Sue for a great stay. Communication before, during and after our stay has been exceptional. The house and property beyond met our expectations. The house was clean and well stocked with the essentials. The beach chairs, towels and coolers were in fabulous condition. The location of the property is perfect. We walked to Palm beach a few times and driving to the other beaches and supermarket was very simple. Thank you for helping to make our girl's trip everything we needed. Mark is a terrific owner. He purchased this home after our initial booking and the swap over was seamless. Mark responds immediately to any questions and has great recommendations. He's put a lot of attention into upgrades and just had new palapas installed to provide much needed shade for the pool and deck. The home was spotless and tastefully decorated. The pool, patio and deck are fantastic and allowed us to relax in the evenings after full days at the beautiful beaches and excursions. Izaira the manager popped over with brand new beach chairs for us and helped us with some rental car issues. The home is just moments from the Ritz & Marriott and conveniently located to our favorite Arashi beach. We preferred Eagle beach over Palm beach and it was also a quick ride away. It was a week of Paradise for our family of 5 adults. It's also a 2 minute walk from Oak Restaurant which was fantastic-book early!!

This Villa is beautiful and was more than what the description states. It had all the comforts of home. The pool area was gorgeous and the new papalas and lounge chairs around the pool were a welcome edition. We enjoyed the pool so much and spent a lot of time there. The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were very spacious. The house was spotless. The owner, Mark, was extremely nice and very helpful and answered my texts very promptly. The property manager, Iziara, was also very prompt in answering my texts. I highly recommend this Villa to everyone looking for a first class rental. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. It is an awesome place to stay! I would rent this Villa again in a heartbeat. Thanks Mark for making our stay in Aruba so wonderful! 😊

The outdoor shower was handy as well when we got back from the beaches. Ample supplies were provided for beach visits, including beach chairs and towels. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and cook meals, including an American style coffee maker and teapot. We recommend that you visit the house first and check-in before grocery shopping. We had a great experience at Super Foods where prices/food items were comparable to the US. The washer and dryer were also handy, but be prepared to use a translator, as the controls are in Spanish. The beds were extremely comfortable, the sheets were 100% cotton, and the host accommodated the allergy sensitivities of some in our party by preparing the bed with scent free detergent. You may consider bringing a sleeping mask if you're sensitive to morning light, as there are not blackout shades on the bedroom windows. The bathrooms were graciously sized with plenty of on demand hot water. The room air conditioning was superb. The communication from the host was wonderful! This was especially important when we rented our van and attempted to locate the property. Aruba streets are laid out in a very unique way and for first time visitors they may take some getting used to. While the location of the property is slightly more than a short walk to the beach, it is ideal when considering it's proximity to the main resort/entertainment district and the adjoining beaches. Upon check-in, the property manager took time to explain all of the amenities available on the property and her expectations regarding our care of the property. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this property for our next vacation to Aruba!

PERFECT!
Everything about this place was great. It's everything that's described in the listing and more.
Location - this house is super-easy to access, has plenty of parking, and is close to the high-rise hotel area, which is where we prefer to visit the beach. Several grocery stores are within a few minutes' drive and there's a restaurant/bar almost next door.
The house was super clean and had every dish, pot, pan, etc. that you need on a daily basis. There was plenty of space to hang out with, especially outside. We spent a lot of time on the patio, and the layout of the house protects some of the sitting areas from the wind. Also, later in the afternoon, part of the pool is shaded, which was also nice. The elevated patio outside gives a good view of the area, and was especially beneficial for viewing the New Year's fireworks. (Side note - if you've never seen the fireworks, you're missing out on one of the best events in Aruba!).
Ken and the local property manager, Iziara, were a pleasure to work with. They were very responsive and made sure our stay was top notch, start to finish.
Overall, this is the best place we've ever stayed at in Aruba (we've been there several times), and will make this our #1 pick going forward.

Ken (owner) and Izaira (manager) were excellent. Both made us feel welcomed and excited about the trip from the moment we booked. Communication was clear and prompt. The house was great - spacious and sunlit!!! And the amenities - beach chairs, coolers, kitchen starters (spices) and not to mention the welcome drinks ; ) were so very much appreciated. We can’t stop talking about when can we make it back!
