clean and tidy
not the best parking , and the very low bar you have to walk under as i hit my head and knocked myself out (it’s pretty low)

Location was good, easy to get into the centre of Newport and onwards to Cardiff as we did on a couple of days. The street was also quiet and parking provided was useful - might be tighter if you have a particularly large car. All amenities were good, decent kitchen appliances and having two roku-enables tv's was nice when we wanted a chill evening. bed was comfortable too.
We had some confusion over arrival time which was unfortunate but nothing out of the ordinary. But we attempted to contact the owner but the phone number didn't seem to work so only had email, which isn't that immediate. We also couldn't locate the bin in the kitchen which led to some confusion, though there is plenty of room for recycling and rubbish outside the property we didn't have bags to put them in.

Lovely beds! Kitchen appliances were good - microwave toaster etc.
Shower was good
The floors were dirty and the garden & paths were covered in weeds. Dining table & chairs full of crumbs.
The TVs didn't work. No central heating. Very limited kitchen utensils - no bottle opener! Noisy flush system in bathroom.
No bedside lamps or any soft lighting anywhere.
No reply to queries from owners once checked in.
