Host gentile e disponibile. Ottima la flessibilita' circa l'orario del check-in. Location tranquilla e a pochi minuti in auto dal centro storico. Camera pulita, ben arredata e dotata di tutti i comfort. Super consigliata!

Camera spaziosa, pulita, arredata in modo sobrio, ma con tutti i confort di base. Bagno nuovo, ampio, moderno, con un box doccia molto grande ed un bell' impianto. La host, Simona, è molto gentile ed accogliente, prodiga di informazioni e indicazioni preziose.

Per la sua collocazione, in fondo ad un locale piano-strada, l' alloggio è piuttosto buio.

Very nice room, felt like a hotel. Simona the host was extremely kind and helpful. Would 100% recommend!

You have to take the car to go to the city centre, but at least it’s easy to park in front of the property.

Very nice and clean appartment, you can safely park the car on the street. The owner is really kind and nice, telling you a lot useful information about Matera (where to park, what to see, ...). :)

No breakfast but there is a shop nearby (5 min walking) and a little bit far from historical center for walking (30+ min, 10 min by car)

Simona is very nice, she gave us some tips & tricks for getting around the city. The accommodation was very clean and completely new, with a lot of parking spaces available near the building. Highly recommended!
