Beds are very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Lovely gym facility, great breakfast. Very convenient parking, fast WiFi. Connection without any issues.

I initially missed a fridge and a kettle in the room. However, there is a vending machine readily available at all times which more than made up for it.

It was a very sterile room. IKEA furniture, and no refrigerator.

The room was, quite frankly, borderline unacceptable. Half of the curtain was hanging off, and the other side was stained. In the bathroom, the bin was full of trash – used cotton buds, hair ties, and even hair. The shower still contained the previous guests’ shower gels, which had not been removed. A fly was buzzing around the room, and one of the duvets had a small beige stain, which appeared to be from makeup. However, the real disappointment came from the staff’s response. When we reported these issues to reception, not only did they fail to take any action, but they also told us the hotel was fully booked and therefore couldn’t offer a room change. Even more concerning, they insisted that the shower gels left behind were theirs and part of the hotel’s amenities – despite being standard supermarket products (a full-sized Dusch Das and a travel-sized Axe for Men). I struggle to see how these could be considered official hotel toiletries, especially when there is a built-in dispenser in the shower – what is that for then, the dishes? The lack of sincerity and willingness to offer even a minimal resolution was deeply disappointing. It is truly unfortunate, as for the rate charged, one would expect a level of cleanliness and professionalism in keeping with a hotel of supposed high standing.
