I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was spacious and well-maintained, providing a very comfortable stay. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any requests. Its prime location made exploring the area incredibly convenient. I will gladly choose to stay here again when I return!

A very neat place - cleanliness was my top priority and this place met all my expectations in this regard. The location was also good, very safe, extremely quiet and serene (right next to a park and an old cemetry). The breakfast was decent; their desserts tasted divine! And the lady helping at the buffet is the sweetest! The coffee from the breakfast buffet's machine was disappointing, but fortunately, there was no shortage of exceptionally good coffee throughout the city and lots of small, cute cafes in the vicinity of the hotel.

The comfort and cleanliness of the room were exceptional. The room was very well maintained, and it is obvious that serious investment has been made in the property. From this perspective, the accommodation itself fully met expectations.

Unfortunately, the operational side of the experience was disappointing. In the morning, I waited 20 minutes for a simple omelet and eventually had to skip breakfast in order not to be late for a scheduled meeting. I was the first and only guest in the restaurant at that time, which makes the delay difficult to explain. Upon arrival in the evening, the POS card payment system was not functioning. I was asked to leave my passport as collateral due to this technical issue, which was not caused by the customer. I was also requested to try another card, although the reservation had been made in the company’s name and this was not possible. The situation was handled in a way that indirectly suggested the customer might be at fault. The following morning at 7:20 a.m., the payment system worked instantly and the matter was resolved without difficulty. There is clear potential here, but service procedures and customer handling require improvement. It would be unfortunate for the quality of the investment to be overshadowed by avoidable service shortcomings.
