Excellent location

Annoying motor type noise, not as loud as a generator think more like an annoying exhaust fan or some other motor type sound coming from the kitchen end which was unpleasant and caused reverberation. Started at 7:15 in the morning and was on and off from there. We were in the last unit at the back.

Lovely comfortable room. Heater was on when I arrived which i really appreciated given how icy cold it was outside. Easy walking distance to the shops, pubs etc.

Location was walking distance to CBD

Bed too hard and cheap pillows. Terrible reception for TV; couldn’t watch free to air. Exhaust for toilet very noisy and could hear from neighbouring rooms.
