The apartment itself is nice and big with access to a balcony from all rooms. It's clean with all required amenities and equipment. The kitchen has almost everything you'll need for cooking except oven trays and the toaster did not work. All rooms have functioning AC, wardrobe or clothes rack .There's no AC in the living room but a very high powered fan with the lowest setting blowing too high to bear.
The TV channels were only in Greek. There was no English speaking channel or connection to satellite cable channels like Netflix or YouTube. It was frustrating not being able to watch TV at all during our stay. A TV manual would be useful as well but there wasn't one. The owner confirmed there was satellite channels but he was unable to help locate it. A major down side to our stay there. Also the apartment is on the 2nd floor so if you have little kids and a stroller it could be an issue. The external stairwell also stank quite a bit and not as clean as the apartment.
There's a supermarket 2mins walk from the apartment called My Market but note it does not open on Sundays. The property is 30mins walk from Old Town.

Sauber und Ordentlich, Zimmer gut ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage, Küche mit allem was man braucht! Supermärkte, Apotheke, Cafés und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe und Rhodos town ist super zufuß zu erreichen

This apartment had everything we needed, even a first aid kit. It was very spacious too. The host was lovely and sent us detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment. Would definitely recommend!
