Beautiful cottage 2 minutes walk to the sea

The perfect English country cottage. Beautifully furnished, with just the right amount of ornaments/pictures. Everything was supplied, including a welcome basket with homemade flapjacks. The bed was incredibly comfortable - we’re going to buy the same mattress!

A very small thing - the TV is a bit small but this is not a major issue.

The cottage is in a fantastic location in Happisburgh and easy walking distance to the beach. The cottage was spacious and with all the facilities needed.

Great cottage - would highly recommend

The cottage was clean and comfy - and the kitchen was fabulous.

The heating was set to come on regularly and it got too hot at night - and we couldn’t seem to override it.
