Lovely quiet apartment for a city break

Great location, walking distance to museums, the aquarium, restaurants. Very comfortable beds and sofa. Nice view from the balcony. Modern building.

If owner make instructions for an apartment and fix heating in the bathroom it would be a perfect stay.

The apartment is amazing and absolutely new in a nice district right near the water. But during our stay there were some little things that made our stay less amazing that it could be.

1. Temperature. The apartment is quiet cold. There are something like smart house in it, but there no any instructions how to use it. The owner tried to help us by phone and messaging, but his instructions wasn’t full. 2. The first two days the heated towel rail in the bathroom didn’t work at all (it’s only heating element in the bathroom). And taking a shower was really similar to a torture. After the owner sent us the plumber who checked the problem and the bathroom became a little bit warmer. 3. Coffee Capsules didn’t suit coffee machine at the kitchen. 4. The instructions for door opening wasn’t full. But it was possible to get it intuitively. 5. It was impossible to switch off the light at the kitchen. As conclusion: The owner definitely should make proper instructions for this apartment and pay attention to some small things as capsules for coffee machine. Excepting that, the apartment is totally nice.
