About this house rental
Relax in this ground level, open floor plan townhome. The Cache is only a 5-minute walk from the hustle and bustle of the Center Village and even closer to the beginner lifts in Copper's West Village. This 1156 sq. ft. two bedroom, two bath condo features a large covered deck and easy walking access to the Woodward Express Lift, Kokomo beginner lift, the west village ski/ride school. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a captain's bunk bed and a regular bunk too, finish off the bedding with a sleeper sofa in the living room. This townhome is ideal for family getaways with an outdoor dining area and electric grill, and all the comforts of a home away from home. The open floor plan seamlessly combines the kitchen, living room, and dining area to provide a great sense of togetherness among the group. The inviting living room features a comfortable sofa and a loveseat right in front of the fireplace and the wall-mounted flatscreen TV with cable and streaming services. The dining table seats up to six people, but a more informal dining setting can take place on the kitchen island with four high stools. If you would rather enjoy the excellent restaurants and bars in Center Village, a short walk through the beautiful Copper Mountain setting is all it takes to be in the action. This mountain condo has two bedrooms, which are conveniently located on either side of the home, providing endless privacy. Both bedrooms have flatscreen TVs, and the main bedroom has access to an ensuite bathroom with a tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The guest bathroom has a convenient tub/shower combo. We loved the condo! So beautifully decorated, convenient, well-equipped and clean. We had an issue with water not being very hot when we arrived, but the management got it fixed promptly which we appreciated!

I have rented this condo twice and we have enjoyed it. I have not had any contact with owner. There are a few maintenance items that should be brought to owner's attention. How do I contact that individual to share this information?

First floor unit near the West Village lifts was very convenient. Great unit for a family. Hot water was not not consistent.

The condo is 2 bedroom with multiple beds to allow for flexibility with sleeping arrangements, which is really helpful with kids. the hot tub is right outside and fantastic after a day of skiing. the kitchen is well stocked with all kinds of useful tools (blender, spices, crock pots, etc.). the gas fireplace warms the place up quickly and there are some games to play. would definitely stay again!
