More space than we were expecting. Very clean and modern indoor furnishings. Game room was appreciated by our 8 yr old. Every thing we needed except a pizza cutter and pizza pan.

We stayed two nights while visiting the Ark. The house was very convenient and well cared for. It was clean and comfortable, well stocked and taken care of. I would recommend it for families visiting the Ark.

We stayed here for our trip to the Ark Encounter. I have no complaints. Everything was clean and in working order, there were plenty of dishes, and there was a lot of space for our family of 7 to spread out. Great stay! Will be the first place we look for the next time we're in the area.

I will start with the positive, because there were good things about this rental. The proximity to the ARK was perfect! The living space was great…good bedding, lots of linens, fun gameroom, etc. Without going into every negative, this rental needs some TLC. I did contact the owner, and requested a refund for the second night, (which I did not get) because we had to leave early due of an ant infestation. There were several little things, not deal breakers, but they all added up to dissatisfaction. We have stayed in 5 star rentals, and this was NOT one of them.
